[Update] Update Note for 28th of August

Hello, Savers!

Update for August is finally ready.
Since June, we have been getting many feedbacks regarding EXP belt.
And finally we have decided to release it out to celebrate summer break.

*Please keep in mind that macro tools will soon be blocked from the server.
Those who are caught by XignCode will be permannetly banned from the server.
This is last warning and hopefully, no one gets disadvantage from foul action ingame.
