Hello, Savers!


On this month's update, we have brought up some measures that will prevent auto-farming/leveling with 3rd party programs.

Over the last decade, we have seen that many of you have been using macro programs, cheat programs, vmware programs, and remote-access programs to play the game automatically, or to play multiple account at the same time. The usage of these programs has harmed every player's fair gameplay. Therefore, we are announcing as of October 18th, 2023, we will be strictly banning the accounts that use any kind of macro, cheat, vmware, and remote-access programs.


Starting on that day, The accounts that have used cheat programs will be banned instantly, and permanently.
For the accounts that have used macro or vmware programs, we have decided to give yout 2 chances. The first usage will result in 1 30-day block, and the second usage will lead to a permanent block.
We ask you to please follow the user agreement that you have agreed on upon account creation, and maintain fair gameplay.

And for the final announcement, we will be holding an amnesty event ending on the last day of October, 2023. If your account was blocked for the usage of a macro-like program, please submit a ticket via SoulSaver website. We will review your accounts and unblock for the last time. Also, keep in mind that these unblocked accounts will not have 2 chances. If a program is detected again, the accounts will be permanently banned again.

All other accounts that were banned for the reason other than macro-like programs will not be alegible for release. The tickets submitted for these accounts will strictly be ignored.

Starting today, we hope that the players and the staff together can make the game more enjoyable.


We have an important announcement to make. We've observed that several users of the Mamluk class have been exploiting a particular game bug. Under normal circumstances, this bug should not manifest. Consequently, we categorize players who exploit this Mamluk bug as violators of our program's terms of use. We urge you to refrain from such actions to avoid potential server restrictions or bans.

We would like to provide some important information prior to unveiling the update notes for August.


Official Announcement from Netgame Development Team
Following an in-depth audit by our SSO development team, we've noted a concerning increase in system misuse by players. Our rigorous monitoring over the past weekend revealed infractions that include:
*Collaboration with cheat-enabled avatars to acquire unauthorized EXP and in-game assets.
*Unauthorized gold transactions on social media platforms.
*Usage of macros for game manipulation.
To maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of our gaming ecosystem, and to protect genuine players from inadvertently acquiring illicit gold, we are updating our management policies. Commencing August 16th, 2023, any acquisition of gold from external third-party sources will be strictly forbidden.
Furthermore, players detected partaking in dubious trading actions or associating with cheat-enabled accounts will be subject to immediate suspension. We'd like to reiterate that Netgame strictly opposes account sharing or trading.
Any ramifications from such behavior lie with the account holder.
For the security of your account and to preserve the integrity of our gaming community, we strongly advise against any form of account sharing or trading. Such actions jeopardize the safety and status of your account.
