Game Update: Become an Expert Pet Trainer!

Get ready for the new update on 23rd May 2023! Train your pets and become the best Pet Trainer in all of NosVille! Collect pets in your Pet Book, evolve them and receive unique rewards! Get started right away and visit Pet Trainer Lucy in NosVille. Her Pet Trainer quest line will guide you through the first steps as a Pet Trainer. (You need to have reached at least level 80.)

[h3]New Lifestyle Specialist Card: Pet Trainer[/h3]

With the new specialist card, you can tame monsters and train them as pets in your Miniland to make them even stronger. Here’s how it works:

Tame a monster or buy a pet.
Summon various Sparring Monsters to train your pets.
Depending on its training level, the pet has certain skills.
When a pet has reached the maximum training level, you can increase its star rating with the Evolve skill (from 1 to 6 stars).
To increase the star rating, you need the corresponding Pet Essence. (Example: If you want to upgrade a 2-star pet, you’ll need the Pet Essences of a 2-star pet.)
To get Pet Essences, you need to tame and train another pet with the same star rating until it has reached its maximum training level.
Extract the Pet Essence from the pet. (The pet is released in the process.)
Now you can use the extracted Pet Essences and some gold to increase the star rating of the first pet.
When you increase a pet’s star rating, it will forget all of its skills and the training level will be reset to 1, but at the same time its maximum training level will be increased.

[h3]Tame Pets[/h3]

Pet Trainers have two skills they can use to catch animals: ‘Tame’ and ‘Advanced Tame’.
You can only tame 1 and 2-star creatures with skills. The Tame skill can be used for 1-star animals, while Advanced Tame is needed for 2-star animals.
Advanced Tame needs a particular item for you to use it: Lure.
Bring the necessary ingredients to Lucy in NosVille and she’ll craft Lure.

[h3]Train Pets[/h3]

To train your pets, you need to summon one of three various Sparring Monsters. For this you need a Sparring Monster Cage, which you can buy from Lucy.
The first Sparring Monster trains your pets to level 20, the second to level 40 and the third to level 60.
When a pet’s training level increases, its HP, attack power, defence, hit rate and all resistances increase as well. Plus at certain levels it can learn special skills.
A pet can have a maximum of two additional skills. Any skills it has already learned can be upgraded at random.
At training levels 10 and 20, the pet learns one new skill each. At further training levels (30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), a skill that has already been learned is upgraded at random.

[h3]Star Rating & Training Level[/h3]

Every pet can evolve from 1 to 6 stars. Your training level depends on this (maximum training level = star rating x 10).
You get a fixed stat per training level (e.g. defence, HP, attack, etc.)

[h3]Pet Book[/h3]

Here you can see which pets there are and which ones you have already collected and trained.
In addition, there are missions that you can complete to receive special rewards. You can also complete daily quests here.

[h3]Rewards[/h3]

Titles: You will receive various titles for completing some of the quests from the Pet Book.
Passive skill books: Some quests from the Pet Book reward you with passive skill books.
