End of the Summer Oasis & Server Merge

As the summer draws to a close, it’s time to bid farewell to our Summer Oasis server. As previously announced when we launched the server, there will be a server merge on Wednesday, 25th September 2024. All characters will by default be transferred to the Valehir server, though it is possible to choose a different server using an item.

In order to answer some of your most important questions in advance, here’s our list of server merge FAQs.

Where can I see which server I have selected?

• You can see your chosen server in the Consumables tab (where your NosBazaar medals and expansions are shown).

Can I transfer my items with my character?

• All items will be automatically transferred.
• The contents of family warehouses will be sent per parcel to the family heads.
• The contents of regular warehouses will be sent per parcel to the characters with the highest level.
• Bazaar contents will be sent per parcel to the characters with the highest level, and gold from already sold items will be sent to the character.
• As per normal, there is a gold limit of 2,000,000,000 gold on the merged server. If you have more than this before the merge, it will be reduced to the limit. If you lose gold during the merge, please contact our Support team.

How can I transfer my character?

• All characters will be automatically transferred to the server Valehir.
• In order to choose a different destination server, you need the item which can be acquired from the Battle Pass reward (level 13).
• Characters who have chosen a different destination server will be transferred to their chosen server along with all other Summer Oasis characters on the same account.

How can I choose my destination server?

• There will be five different items, each representing a different destination server, which allow you to choose your server. The items cannot be deleted and you have time until the Summer Oasis server closes to choose your destination server.
• Please note: The item for the locked server Jotunheim still exists, but if you choose this item, you will be transferred to Valehir.

Are there any rules for transferring?
Certainly! The following rules apply:

• You must select a destination server before the Summer Oasis server goes offline, otherwise your character will be transferred to Valehir by default.
• All items in your regular inventory will be transferred automatically.
• Families will not be transferred. The contents of family warehouses will be sent per parcel to the family heads.
• Gold will be transferred (including the bank).
• Bazaar auctions will be ended and sent to characters per parcel.
• The Miniland will be transferred (NosMates and decorations) including the Partner’s Backpack.
• Your character’s progress including quests, reputation, tattoos, skills, lifestyle class etc. will also be transferred.
• If the name of your character is already taken on the destination server, you will have to change your character’s name the next time you log in after transferring.
• If all your character slots on the target server are full, your character will be deactivated and you can activate them in the standard manner via the website.
• Uncollected NosMall items can be collected on the destination server.
• Friends list, blacklist and marriage will not be transferred.
• All parcels will be transferred.
