Speed Burst: Monsters on general maps will only notice you if you attack them. Up to level 4 there is a 30% chance of never getting a debuff.

Steam Boost: Reflects an opponent’s debuff with a certain likelihood. Restores HP equal to 20% of the damage taken (max. 2,500 per attack). Movement speed is increased by 3.

Removes all debuffs up to level 4
Moves you 5 spaces forwards
Triggers the Steam Boost buff
Duration: 8 seconds
