Apologize for the Auto-Ban System

Hello. This is the Black Squad Development team.

We would like to apologize to you about the Auto ban system, an automatic account ban system. And it was missing from the announcement on 13th October.

We are trying to minimize unfair cases by investigating to ban users manually based on Battle Eye and reports from users. However, so many users are still suffering from cheaters. To solve this problem, we updated an auto-ban system on October 13, a system that proactively responds to unauthorized program users.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to many users because it was not updated to the update notice. We will do our best not to miss any further notice.

We are continuously monitoring and tuning the system to distinguish unauthorized program users. Due to the first time of system operation, we are also aware that there are banned users who did not use unauthorized programs. However, illegal programs must be prevented. Even if it is a little inconvenient, for users who have been banned, please contact us for the ban release through 1:1 inquiry with the request form below.
