World of Warships Anniversary
In Update 0.10.8, World of Warships is celebrating its sixth anniversary! In honor of this event, we've prepared various activities for our players.
The "6 Years of World of Warships" Collection
[expand]

[/expand]
The main treat for the anniversary is the "6 Years of World of Warships" collection dedicated to the most notable events that happened in the game over the past year. The collection looks like a big puzzle with 60 elements in it. You can obtain them only from "6 years of World of Warships" special containers. The containers are available:
- In the Armory, in exchange for a new temporary resource—Festive Tokens.
- For completing a special combat mission chain.
- In the new temporary Aircraft Bureaus Rivalry event.

The reward for completing the collection will be a Supercontainer, 6x Gift containers, and the "6 Years of World of Warships" festive flag. The exchange rate for duplicates is 1:1.
Apart from the "6 Years of World of Warships" containers, Festive Tokens can be exchanged in the Armory for themed "6 Years of World of Warships" permanent camouflages for
VII Lyon,
VII Yorck,
VII Shchors,
VII Gadjah Mada,
VII Akatsuki, and
VII Zara; Gift and Distant Voyages containers; and World of Warships Anniversary expendable camouflages.

In one of the future updates, the "6 Years of World of Warships" containers will be added to the Armory and be available in exchange for Coal.
Festive Rewards
In Update 0.10.8, you can earn the familiar Snowflakes—festive bonuses for combat results of all your Tier V ships and higher. Depending on ship tier and type, you can obtain Supercontainers, Gift containers, and Festive Tokens.

[/expand]
The bonus for combat results is the only way to earn Festive Tokens.
With the release of Update 0.10.10, Festive Tokens will be converted into Credits at the rate of 1:
90,000.
The Designer's Table Port was considerably updated in honor of the celebration.

Aircraft Bureaus Rivalry
The update brings a new temporary event called Aircraft Bureaus Rivalry. It is based on the history of the naval aviation development and various experimental design bureaus that worked on new machines for the Navy.
Aircraft Bureaus Rivalry is similar to the Battle of the Beasts event that took place in Update 0.10.4 with the following changes:
The main changes compared to the Battle of the Beasts
- Three teams instead of four.
- Unique rewards—team patches—will be awarded for personal progress and not for team progress. This way, players will be able to obtain unique rewards even if their team doesn't reach the necessary progress point.
- Updated interface of team selection window, as well as the personal and team progress window.
- Your personal progress until the next reward is now displayed in the Port instead of your team's progress.
Rules of the Event
- The event will run until the release of Update 0.10.9 and is divided into four stages. Each stage lasts one week.
- Once per week, you can select one of the three teams: Polikarpov Bureau, Chetverikov Bureau, or Kocherigin Bureau.
- During the event, you need to complete your personal missions issued daily to all participants. They can be completed during the day in Random, Co-op, and Ranked Battles, as well as in the new temporary battle type—Convoy.
- Completing missions will advance you through personal and team progress bars and unlock rewards.
- Rewards: 6 Years of World of Warships containers, themed patches, Victory camouflages, Coal, and Soviet Tokens.

- All aircraft carriers are equipped with skip bombers armed with HE bombs instead of standard bombers.

Convoy
Start: Thu. 23 Sep. 07:00 CEST (UTC+2)
End: Thu. 07 Oct. 07:00 CEST (UTC+2)In Update 0.10.8, players will have an opportunity to play in a new temporary battle type—Convoy—based on escorting transport ships. In real life, a large part of confrontation between navies consisted of defending or destroying cargo lanes because they played a crucial role during wars.
Rules
- The defending team needs to escort a convoy of four bot ships that sail along a defined route. The team wins if at least one of the convoy ships reaches the destination point or the entire enemy team is destroyed.
- The mission of the attacking team is to completely destroy either the convoy or its defenders.
- Players are distributed among teams randomly.
- On average, the Convoy needs between 10 and 12 minutes to complete their route.
- Format: 7 vs. 7 playing Tier VIII ships. Restrictions: No more than one aircraft carrier and three battleships per team.
- Battles will be held on maps such as The Atlantic, Islands of Ice, Land of Fire, Warrior's Path, Loop, Haven, Northern Waters, and Labyrinth.

While the Convoy is available, you can complete special combat missions only for this battle type, which will bring you Community Tokens. Detailed requirements of these combat missions can be found in the game client.
