German Carriers: Part 2

The new ships are equipped with fast-but-fragile aircraft that carry armor-piercing bombs and rockets, and fast torpedoes. We're here to tell you all about the rules of the new game event of Update 0.9.7!
The “German Navy” Collection ● Directives ● German Navy Containers ● Kriegsmarine Containers ● Daily Shipments
The “German Navy” Collection
Update 0.9.7 welcomes the “German Navy” collection, comprising six sections with six elements in each. Build the collection to learn about the history of the German Navy during the first half of the 20th century—ships and aircraft; personalities and emblems; awards and uniforms. Having completed the entire collection, you'll learn about the German carrier-based aircraft projects; the story of Karl von Müller, the commanding officer of cruiser Emden; the specifics of the House Order of Hohenzollern; and much more!

The reward for completing the sections and entire collection is the ability to mount two flags and alternative camouflage patterns on German ships, with completed sections unlocking these possibilities for different ship types.

The exchange rate for duplicate elements is 4:1. To exchange duplicates, you need to select a vacant slot in a collection section and confirm that you want to exchange your duplicates for the missing item in the window that appears.

You can find the first element of the collection in German Navy containers, which in turn can be obtained by progressing through Directives or picked up from Daily Shipments. You can continue collecting elements from daily containers by activating a subscription on the collection page. Another container can be obtained by clicking the button in an article about the collection that will be published next week.
Directives
The new game event tasks you with completing 32 missions spread across four Directives. The first Directive will become available with the release of Update 0.9.7, while those that follow will be unlocked each week.
Rewards for completing the missions: up to 10 German Navy containers, as well as credits and signals.
Rewards for completing the Directives: up to five Kriegsmarine containers, which have specific chances of dropping
