Crash Fixes and Soft-locks:
  • Fixed a crash caused by Illuminate ships despawning
  • Fixed some potential crashes when the player quits the game
Miscellaneous fixes
  • Fixed an issue with jitter when aiming through scopes
  • Fixed an issue with the STA-X3 W.A.S.P Launcher's targeting not properly working when using one owned by another player
  • Reduced disconnections in Illuminate missions


Helldivers 2 director says Arrowhead "don't, and shouldn't, have final say" on the Helldivers movie, but the developer is likely to be involved in keeping things "faithful"

Helldivers 2 players are modding their own Warbonds into the game, and the latest one's perfect for Halo fans

Helldivers 2's modding community has been putting out some cool stuff recently - especially if you're into games like Crazy Taxi or, in this case, Halo 3: ODST. You seem, as far as I'm aware, the first ever full-on "Warbond" mod has just dropped for the game, and it looks pretty great.

I'm not saying Helldivers 2 players want indoor dungeon missions, but someone's just whipped up a 14 page long illustrated concept of what one might look like

The wishlist of things Helldivers 2 players want added to the game changes so often I really don't envy Arrowhead's position of having to keep up with and consider all of it. That said, sometimes players make things really easy for the studio - for example, by mocking up a full presentation showing what interior dungeon runs could look like.
