Hello Market Tycoon fans,

First, I want to apologize for the long delay for this update. I have faced many unexpected issues with this update as well as life issues that halted the development of the game for some time. The good news is the new update is almost ready and therefore I would like your help to test this open beta version before going to the public.

Most of the work was done in the background for better performance.
However, the biggest new feature you will notice with this update is the website feature where you would be able to launch a website for your market and receive online orders. You would then have the option to either pack items manually or let the stocking employee pack them for you then you can use the truck to deliver those orders. I would like to hear your feedback on the website system and how it can be improved and if there are any difficulties using the system.

To opt in for the open beta, open your game library, then right-click on Market Tycoon, and click “Properties”.
Then switch to the “Betas” tab in the game’s properties window.
Now select the open beta from the drop-down menu.

Please note that this is a beta version,
Bugs and crashes may occur.
Saved games with older versions of Market Tycoon are not compatible with this version.
Beta is compatible with Windows 64-bit systems only

•Fixed a bug where item discount are reset to 0 after event even if the price was different before event
•Fixed item count calculation error when placing items for small sized items like strawberries and garlic
•Game balancing for market rating and NPC item selection

•The parking space will now glow to indicate that a truck can be purchased that will help new players
•Added back the grid when placing objects

•Fixed crash issues (The grid when placing objects has been disabled temporarily as it was the cause of the crash)
