The Black Market system will regularly refresh with some rare items each quarter, which players can choose to purchase.[/p][p] 2. The Black Market will sell a limited quantity of all recruitment resources each quarter, which players can choose to purchase.[/p][p] 3. A challenge feature has been added to the Black Market. Players can select a Black Market item and challenge a Black Market NPC in either a ‘Duel’ or ’Hana Deck‘ format. Winning allows them to purchase the item at a 70% discount.[/p][p] 4. All Black Market items are sold at a premium, with higher prices.[/p][p][/p][p]2. New Population Random Events[/p][p] 1.
