We have been informed that a number of users are still experiencing issues after adding the game's folder and files to their anti-virus software's exception/exclusion list. After looking into these reports, we confirmed that the game executable may also be prevented from launching by tools that change the process priority for specified applications.
If you are using such a tool and are still unable to launch the game, we recommend trying to launch it without the tool.
