Compensation for Black Desert Reinstallation on Steam
Greetings Adventurers,
During the June 23rd (Wed) maintenance, Black Desert's Steam App ID for Thailand, Southeast Asia, Russia, Turkey & MENA was unified.
We previously announced [here] that Adventurers would be able to play the game without any additional actions after the Steam App ID unification. However, we discovered that certain Adventurers who accessed Black Desert before the maintenance needed to reinstall the client.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by our previously mistaken announcement.
As a result, Adventurers of the Thailand, Southeast Asia, Russia, Turkey & MENA service who previously purchased a package that included a game pass from the Steam Store and accessed the game before the Steam App ID unification were sent a Value Pack (15 Days) as compensation. You can find the Value Pack in your Steam Web Storage.
We will do our best to prevent any further inconveniences from the Steam App ID unification.
