After the update on March 23, we discovered an issue where the game client will sometimes unexpectedly close at the loading screen.

Until a definitive solution is found, please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

1. Open the game launcher via Steam
2. On the game launcher, click the "Scan Files" button
* Please keep in mind this may take some time to complete as it will scan your game files and redownload files that are damaged or corrupted.

Event Period - March 16, 2022 (Wed) after maintenance - June 8, 2022 (Wed) before maintenance

Who’s Eligible as a New Adventurer?
- Adventurers logging in within 30 days (720 hours) of creating a Family.

Event Details
- New Adventurers who qualify for the requirement above can claim the event login rewards.
- Login Rewards can be viewed by going to the in-game [ESC] menu → [Login Reward]. The rewards are sent to your “Black Spirit’s Safe” once you log in.
- Check out the item descriptions below to learn more about each reward!
- If you no longer fulfill the new Adventurer requirement during the event period, you will no longer be able to claim the event login rewards.



[h3]Returning Adventurers, Progress with Login Rewards![/h3]

Who’s Eligible as a Returning Adventurer?
- Adventurers who haven’t logged in to the game for at least 30 days (720 hours) and haven’t used the Web Central Market (Black Desert+/official website) for at least 30 days.

Event Details
- Returning Adventurers who qualify for the requirement above can claim the event login rewards.
- Login Rewards can be viewed by going to the in-game [ESC] menu → [Login Reward]. The rewards are sent to your “Black Spirit’s Safe” once you log in.
- If you no longer fulfill the returning Adventurer requirement during the event period, you will no longer be able to claim the event login rewards.

Additional Notices
- Unreceived login rewards due to missed logins during the event period cannot be recovered.
- You must log in with a level 7 or higher character to receive login rewards.
- Login rewards can only be collected once per Family.
- You can collect a second login reward when you play for an hour (or more) on Saturday and Sunday. This only applies to Adventurers that have less than the maximum number of stamps available and have not collected all the login rewards during the event period.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- Event items may have restrictions (sale/trade) and/or different binding settings/expiration dates. Due to this reason, these items cannot be transferred or restored.
- For details such as whether the item is bound, please refer to the in-game item description.
- Items and/or rewards that were used normally cannot be recovered.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.

Having left your side for a brief respite, Fwuzzy is back and is packed with double the cuteness. Stare googly-eyed at the Alpaca's concentrated adorableness manifested as new mount skills and effects,

● "Fwuzzy Alpaca" has returned as a mount available only to Shais!
- You will need to have the "Registration: Fwuzzy Alpaca" item in your inventory, then talk to a stable keeper NPC to register your alpaca to mount it.



- You can obtain your very own "Registration: Fwuzzy Alpaca" item by accepting and proceeding with the "Befwend Fuzzy Alpaca" questline through Seiri the NPC in Duvencrune.
* Requires a Lv. 50 or higher Shai character. Available once per family. Can be accepted from Quests (O) - Suggested tab.
* Upon completing the "Befwend Fuzzy Alpaca" quest, you will be able to accept the following quest after midnight. You will need to accept and complete quests for an additional 5 days.
- Fwuzzy Alpacas can be leveled up to Lv. 15.
- Your alpaca can use the following skills (up to 7) depending on its level.
* The Fwuzzy Alpaca will already have learned the "Ptooey" skill at Lv. 1.
