KINDERGARTEN v0.92 Released!

Hopefully this one goes better than the last one. We added a new help section to the pause menu. It will be getting revamped for the full release, but it should help new players understand the game a bit better than the tutorial from previous versions.

-Fix dialogue icon for bloody Nugget in cafeteria.
-Added proper dialogue to toilet after janitor cleans it.
-Fix for janitor eliminating Monty twice during lunch.
-Bringing Monty's special item to school now uses action.
-Fix Monty mission not being activated properly if player doesn't immediately bring him the special item.
-Fix camera getting locked when restarting room while Lily is leaving cafeteria.
-Fix for Buggs standing up after throwing up.
-Added show and tell for love letter.
-Fix teacher walking backwards at some points during recess.
-Fix teacher walking backwards when walking from Buggs to Nugget.
-Fix game locking up if player doesn't have Monty's special item for Lily's mission.
-Added dialogue for player finding key in office and talking to Lily.
-Adjusted nugget hole dimensions to prevent objects from sticking out.
-Added proper reset message to the principal's office.
-Spelling and grammar corrections.
