Revhead is now available on the Mac App Store

[p]Dear Revheads,

While we are working on some new features, we have decided to re-release our game on Mac App Store.[/p][p]Revhead was available on App Store from the start, but we could not maintained it for years. The new Apple Silicon chips made the old version hard to maintain and obsolete, so finally we made a decision to remove it from the store.[/p][p][/p][p]Today, we can share the news with all of You, that a new version had been relaunched with a few small twist:[/p][p][/p]
  • [p]Mac App Store version is optimized for latest Apple Silicon chips and OSX to improve quality of the game on Mac[/p]
  • [p]This Deluxe version includes all DLCs as one game. So no extra purchase required to get all of the contents[/p]
  • [p]Fresh build, includes all updates and features
    [/p]
[p]Steam is still our main platform and it always will be. However, we found some users prefer native versions, without the Steam "overhead". This version is for those who want to enjoy our game without the need of Steam.[/p][p][/p]

Update #51
Date: 16. Marc. 2025
Version: 1.9.11233
Dear Revheads!

We have further tuned our Steering Wheel support to ease the setup.
While previously the "Set Layout" was pretty confusing, and all steering settings were shared between each controllers, now we save these settings per controller. This gives better support playing with multiple controllers or switching between them.
Also we are now automatically set the proper values at first connection, recognizing if the controller is a known steering wheel. (*only for supported wheels)

!!! NOTE
Since existing controllers map already been saved, if you have already used a controller, click on "reset to defaults" to get the mapping we have set as defaults. After that, you can try to alter it for your preference.
We also fixed few bugs related to use multiple controllers.

  • add automated Wheel settings for known Steering Wheel types
  • fix multiple controllers steering issues
  • save each controller steering setup apart, allowing to use multiple controller without reset
  • updated our supported controller lib and database (bunch of smaller fixes for some controllers)
  • add support for Thrustmaster TMX Pro wheel
  • performance optimization for low end HW
  • bugfixes
