[HOTFIX] Bug preventing progress in Lucy's chapter

Hi there!

A major bug preventing progress in Lucy's chapter was rapidly discovered and reported by the community.

Fixed:
- A collision problem in the secret sewer-like room under the carpet in Lucy's chapter prevented progress in the chapter.

Thank you for quickly reporting the issue.

Visage is out NOW!

Visage is now leaving Early Access!

As of now, the game will be updated to Full Release. If the game doesn't update automatically, make sure to restart Steam. To make sure that you are on the correct version, go to the Main Menu and look for the version number to the bottom right, and make sure it's "3.0".

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: if you start a game on version 2.2, it will be DELETED once it is updated to 3.0.
Two New Chapters
The full game now contains four chapters, making for a total of 15+ hours of gameplay!
New Achievements
To reflect the change to the full version, 10+ new achievements have been added, for a total of 27 achievements!
Save files
Because there have been MAJOR changes since the last update in Early Access, we are forced to delete the Early Access save files, as they will be corrupted and no longer usable.

Enjoy the spooks!

We wish you a wonderful Halloween, filled with horror, gore, and torment, but do remember to play safe!

Visage is coming out!

The wait is finally over!

Hi there wonderful people!

Our most sincere apologies for the radio silence over the past months. Our focus was entirely targeted on finishing the game, and that we did!
AND THERE IT IS!
The wait is finally over! The full release is coming on October 30th on Steam, just in time for Halloween!
Early Access vs Full Release
The Early Access currently available on Steam contains two chapters, for a total of approximately 8 hours of gameplay. The full release will contain four chapters, for a total of approximately 15 hours, doubling its content.
Price update
The Early Access was an opportunity to support development of the game, and since it did not contain all the content of the full release, we did not want to charge full price. Now that the full release is coming, the price will be updated to full price.

*If you already own the Early Access, the full release will come to you freely as an update on release.
On the 28th of October, the base price will be updated from 24.99USD to 34.99USD. This might be slightly different depending on your currency.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Save files
The game has changed quite a bit since the last Early Access update, and unfortunately, as mentioned in the Early Access description on Steam, we have no choice but to remove save files coming from the Early Access. If you have saved files, they will be deleted on release (October 30th).

Development Update — A sneak peek of the upcoming stuff

Hi there, beautiful people! Hope y'all having a great day! Many of you have been asking to see some more "meaty" news, and for good reasons, so we thought today would be a good time to do that, since we've got some bigger news.

The Big News
The big thing is that we've now got extra hands that'll help us on porting the game on consoles! We are super thrilled to have partnered up with a very talented team that will give us a well needed boost in our productivity, so you guys can enjoy the game as soon as possible.

Release date
The ultimate question that still remains to be answered! We will be releasing on all platforms simultaneously (PC/Xbox One/PS4), and we're currently aiming for a release somewhere around summer 2020! We will give you the exact date as soon as we are all set with every certification process and what not.

Performance
Our last efforts went on the general optimization of the game on many aspects. We’ve managed to cut down the amount of polygons by almost half without affecting the overall integrity of our assets. We went a bit overboard on our visual presentation to a degree were it can affect the performance without giving you any additional candies for the eyes, so we decided to take care of this aspect. Ultimately, more players will be able to enjoy the game without the necessity of having a monster computer.

Engine Upgrade
As part of our optimizations, we also needed to upgrade our engine’s version to 4.24. What does that mean for us? Well some of our work get messed up in the process of migration, so we need to do a complete QA of everything in the game to make sure nothing is broken or behave in an unattended way. Unfortunately, this takes some time out of our planning and this is not something we can mitigate. You can rest assured, we’ve already managed to fix pretty much everything.

The state of Visage
The main content of Visage is pretty much done. What remains to be done is a moderate amount of sounds integration and all that pesky bug fighting and QA. The bigger part of the development is still to be done on consoles. We have to make sure the game is running smoothly on both platforms without sacrificing too much of the visual aspect.

New stuff
Oh *hell* yeah! We surely have done other things other than bug fixing. Here's a sneak peak of the new stuff we've been working on! The images contain some amount of spoiler, so if you want to avoid that, we suggest that you don't look at them, but hey... Who would be able to resist the temptation ;)

Here goes! Thanks for your enthusiasm and tremendous patience about our game! We're trying to make it the best it can be!

Patch Notes [v2.11] — Bug fixes and adjustments

Once again, we've fixed a bunch of bugs that have been reported by our awesome community!

Here's a short list of what the latest patch fixes:
 • Players could get stuck in a sequence moving between walls
 • Staircase going to the attic will now correctly load
 • New changes that should prevent rare crashes when finishing Chapter: Dolores
 • It should no longer be possible for A.I. to dissapear during kill sequence, placing players in a bugged state
 • Fixed some triggers that would load levels in unwanted locations
 • Fixed a bug where players could break mirrors indefenitely

A huge thanks to all of you for your reports!

Cheers!
