Small patch to fix bugs.
Note: Was bug testing and thought that a 40%+1 for laughs chance to get robbed was to low
- BALANCE* Increased robbed at night chance by 20%, now 61%
- BUG* Can't Interact with collectors
- BUG* Can't Collect rent when renting out a building
- BUG* Being fired instead of demoted to manager at the warehouse
