What is fixed?

• Fixes for Chrono-halt and All Out of Gum achievements 🏆
  
• Active Inhibitors will no longer add seconds to the timer while using Pause ⏲️
  
• Working Inhibitor screen overlay can no longer be removed and reactivated by using Pause ❄️
