Hello friends! We are happy to announce the start of the July Special Level Design Contest. In the past months, for such special contests, we added some new objects to the level editor. Now we are busy developing another new game, so there will be no new object. But we decided to set up special conditions for the contest levels.

The main idea of this contest is minimalism. We want to see simple short levels. We plan to use them in the future Let's Play Together challenges, so we set a limit on the duration of the level: no more than 10 minutes to get all stars. In addition, we want the authors not to think about our fast champions and take care of slower players. Please set the timings so that many players can get 5 stars. We are sure that this rigid framework will open up great freedom for creativity.

As usual, we will reward the top three levels. Winners will receive Steam gift cards with a face value of €30, €20 and €10 for 1, 2 and 3 places respectively. We wish you good luck and inspiration!

Hello friends! We have wonderful news: the 1000th level has been uploaded to our workshop! We were looking forward to this event. At the same time, we were not ceasing to be amazed at how many players make levels. We have a thousand amazing levels! We want to tell you a little about the most outstanding authors and for this, we came up with several nominations.

[h3]Most Productive Author[/h3]
@The Good, The Bad and The Dudley made 140 levels for our workshop and it was he who made the 1000th level. He has been making levels since the workshop was introduced and it seems he is not going to stop.

[h3]Most Award-Winning Author[/h3]
This step of the podium is shared by @The Good, The Bad and The Dudley and @striker700. Each of them has 12 awards. By the way, @striker700’s level became the level of 2019.

[h3]Most Popular Level[/h3]
Abandoned Oil Rig was made 2 years ago and to this day remains the most popular level. 7484 people subscribed to it, 1800 people gave a positive rating to this map.

[h3]Lead Guide Author[/h3]
@h2onik is an unusual author. She is the second most productive author of our workshop after @The Good, The Bad and The Dudley, with a whopping 58 levels. However, many of her levels are unusual in that in addition to interesting gameplay and art design, they tell us about some places, phenomena, or interesting people. In her workshop, you will find levels about the Glacier Express, about the Polish engineer Ernest Malinowski, as well as stories about the Olympic gods. We also used @h2onik’s levels for Let's Play Together challenges more often than any other author’s levels: 7 times.

Of the 18 levels made by @striker700, 8 were awarded. Good ratio!

[h3]The Craziest Level[/h3]
You may doubt our choice, but we believe that this level by @PureSativa is the craziest in our workshop. Just look: there are 59 stores, from which trains leave at different intervals. You have to figure out (or guess) in what order these stores should be launched in order to complete the level in 40 minutes. In any case, the level will end precisely at this time. We tried to finish it for 5 stars, but after a few attempts we gave up. If you know more insane levels in our workshop, write about them in the comments to this post!

...Resource Islands! A level with amazing gameplay. It captures you for 13 minutes and uses all your mental resources. Yes, it is these resources that the islands really need. You start with colored trains and gradually earn money for the necessary bridges and a tunnel. The ban on stopping trains makes this level even more dynamic and extreme. We also want to note the concise and high-quality art design. @BlaiddL3g3nd, we have played your level many times (not only because of hard timing) and we are absolutely sure that you deserve a €30 Steam gift card. Our contest continues! We hope that in June the number of excellent maps in the workshop will reach 1000. We will be very happy about this event! Hello friends! Here is a quick hotfix to the last update. Thank you very much for your input. Now you can easily deactivate gamepad input in settings if you don't want to use it. Just toggle off "Gamepad Input Support". Full list of changes below:

- Added option to toggle off Gamepad Input Support (if you don't want to use it even with a gamepad connected).
- Hotkeys work even with a gamepad connected.
- A click cancel functionality is back again (if you click on the station button, but release the key somewhere else - the click is canceled).

Hello friends! Every Friday 17:30 GMT starts “Let’s play together” challenge. We pick up a level and during 24 hours everyone is trying to get the best time on it. You just need to register once on our Discord server and keep Discord running while playing the level of the week, and your results will be automatically published in Discord #lets-play-together channel. You need to get 5 stars for beating the level.

Glittering prizes:
1) 3 winners get collectable cards - one random card per person. If you collect 18 locomotive cards, you can collect 6 new cards, and then 2 more special ones. When you collect all 26 cards, you will receive a special prize.
2) Any participant can win a card. Number or cards will depend on the number of participants: one card for every 10 participants. The more players, the more prizes! Your chances of winning remain high.
3) The winner will get a pin. Also lucky pin will be sent to one randomly chosen participant.
