House Party News

Hey partiers,

Since we last checked in, we've fixed a few more Version 1.0 bugs (suggested by our community), and we've been working in the background on various game and memory management tweaks so we can keep the party going smoothly all night long!



Alongside the female story bug fixes, we’re also going all-out on making the Doja Cat DLC! Don’t forget to wishlist it, and keep an eye out for teasers that will be hitting our social media in the near future!

And that’s not the only exciting teaser we have for you all. Now that House Party is officially out of Early Access, we've had the chance to shift a bit of our focus to working on Office Party (House Party's sequel).

Here's a quick sneak peek of a rad, much-requested feature that is still in very early development for our next title:



The image above shows some of the options you can choose for your character’s eyes in Office Party. We also plan to add even more body and facial customization, including other body adjustments (you know the ones, *wink*) that are not dependent on a binary male or female gender decision.



The Polish language translation for House Party Version 1.0 is now available, as well! We’re still refining it a bit, but you should be able to enjoy the female playthrough just fine!

Waiting for a different language to be added? We have a couple more translations coming in the next few weeks, and you can always check with our Discord team for more exact updates on when specific languages will be ready!

(For extra readability, please select the “Montserrat” font in your Gameplay Settings! If the option isn’t showing up, try Verifying your Local File Integrity.)

Did you also know House Party is playable on the Steam Deck? Check out the YouTube video above showing it running at best settings!

We recommend running House Party on low graphic settings on the Steam Deck for now. But we will have an update out shortly that will improve performance on higher graphic settings!

Hey everyone! The Polish translation is now available!

Please restart your game client to download it. If you use Steam, Epic, etc. and run into any additional problems, try verifying your game files.

We will continue making improvements and additions to the translation over time.

For Polish in particular, we suggest using the "Montserrat" font in the Gameplay Settings for best viewing.

Work still continues on the other translations, and we hope to have them finished soon.

Since our exit from Early Access, we've gotten a lot of great feedback. We've been listening and working hard to address some bugs you've brought to our attention. The game experience is gonna be even shinier thanks to your reports! Keep them coming!



For those of you wondering about the Doja Cat DLC, we're working on that, too! We'll have some exciting teasers to share with everyone between now and the Fall release, and we're having an absolute blast putting this amazing DLC together so far!

What have we been working on? Our team has tackled several bugs this week (including a handful of fixes for the Custom Story Creator) that aren't live yet, but will be coming in our next update! And, while we’re working hard on the Doja Cat DLC, we are still actively improving the female playthrough as well!

Please restart your game client to obtain it. And if you run into any issues, try re-validating your installation files. If any issues persist, as always, leave us a bug report in our forums.

Work still continues on the other translations, and again, we believe all translations should be complete within the next few weeks.
