We're constantly evolving with our community - one of the vital points of our relationship with the players is our support team. The numbers are constantly raising - more players mean more support tickets. More support tickets mean more work. More work means we need to make some improvements in order to give you all the help you deserve. So what can we do about it?

We chose to optimize the whole process of managing support tickets from our players. Previously, all we had was an e-mail address where players could contact our support crew and let them know about encountered problems.
Today, we're happy to introduce a new support ticketing system based on carefully prepared forms that will aid you in the process of reporting bugs, crashes, and all other monstrosities lurking around our game!
The forms contain a set of questions that will vastly speed up the process of reporting, recognizing, and finding solutions to the reported issues.
