Royal Offense News

Since most requested feature is a Hodor mode - lets do it.
Currently it can be activated via (S)top or (H)odor shortcuts.

If you like this feature as a button on screen - let me know, I`ll add it.

Changelog:
+ shortcuts "s" or "h" will now switch "hodor mode"
+ encyclopedia gui updated for weapons and armor descriptions

here is couple fixes today:
- gui size now saveable (tnx to jasonzostov3)
- fixed: when cooldown did not finish yet, money is still reduced (tnx to archmag)
