For the time being you can access the build with new functionality by going to the game's page in Steam library -> Manage -> Properties -> betas -> gamepas_test

We have released the translation to Simplified Chinese of the game. Currently, the translation is in the testing stage. You can check it out in the beta_chinese branch: in the Steam client, right-click on the game shortcut — Properties — Betas — beta_chinese.
