Update #46: Summer is gone but here comes an update!



Hello Hackers!

This is it. Summer is coming to an end and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did, getting a sweet tan thanks to the reflection of the sun on our monitors while working on this update! ːsteamhappyː

This patch mostly fixes gameplay issues you gently reported to us on Hacktag's official Discord server and the Steam forums (thanks again!). And of course, we are also busy preparing Hacktag's next cool thing... But we wouldn't want to spoil all the fun just yet, would we? (drum roll)



Here comes the patch note!
2018-09-21 Changelist - v 1.1.1f7


  • Fix: When playing online, switching role doesn't break some game behaviors after playing a second game in a row.
  • Fix: The "matching pairs" co-op mini-game to unlock doors is not creating game behavior issues anymore when playing online. (character stuck)
  • Fix: The two players now always both see the matching pairs correctly validated when solving a co-op mini-game on a locked door.
  • Fix: You cannot trigger another alarm when an alarm is already on.
  • Fix: You cannot use skill (smoke bomb) after game end anymore.
  • Fix: The mini-game to release the agent from jail won't be displayed anymore when the "continue window" appears.
  • Fix: In the single-player mode, the co-op mode doesn't stay active anymore if one of the characters is caught.
  • Fix: Colliders and stealth-triggers fixed in maps #000F9E44, #00206108
    and #000D03E
  • Fix: the 2nd alarm is now correctly triggered in map #00006121
  • Fix: The hacker won't be stuck anymore between 2 nodes when the agent uses a smoke bomb during an escort to jail.
  • Fix: Level design issue with a table on map #0000460F was blocking the player during an escort to jail
  • Fix: Netcode improvements regarding the mini-games.
