Depth of field and motion blur

1. Added depth of field and motion blur. Feel free to turn it on and off in the graphics settings
   
2. Fish is no longer invisible
   
3. Fixed stuck AI created from fixing the invisible fish
   
4. Fixed issue with healing count when dying or changing scene
   
5. Added missing localization to some dialogs
