Update: Control rebinding, co-op health bar

Hellpoint update is live on Steam:
- Full key remapping (for keyboards and gamepads)
- Removed fog gates for bosses; now battles start upon entering a boss arena
- Added the health bar over your co-op partner
- HUD now shows polarization and New Game + level instead of the number of rotations around the black hole
- Reworked a lot of attacks and impact animations
- Fixed clicking tabs in the inventory
- Fixed clicking checkboxes
- Fixed dragging a list using the mouse
- Fixed the missing hitbox with the Scythe
- Fixed the diagonal walk speed while in combat
