Update: new data counter, Ring Puzzle fix, bug fixes

Hellpoint update is live on Steam:
- The data progression is now visible on the Spawn's head (the ring fills up as you gather data, and starts to pulse when you're at 100%)

- The Patriach is talkative again
- Fixed loading to Outer Space and Time when reloading
- Fixed the Culture issue when loading float values
- Fixed unwanted blood splatters when firing some guns and catalysts
- Fixed a number of doors and elevators (again)
- Fixed patterns A and B of the Ring Puzzle (wrong codes in the world messages)
- Added missing localization
- Fixed some skybox rendering issues
