Very easy difficulty

Well, we get some feedbacks that not everybody is ready for hardcore spikes acrobatics.

So, I have added some storymode difficulty (Difficulty = Very easy)
Spikes off.
Bolts and fireballs are twice slower.
Bomb timers are a little bit longer.
