Update 1.3.0

This update contains gameplay changes, performance updates, and editor improvements.

ALERT: If you are using the testing branch, please switch back to the main branch because the testing branch will no longer be updated.

Gameplay Changes
- Trial Sequences in the arcade can be played even if you don't own all of the tracks.
- Changed the Cornering stat point to Grip. The player's rig will now visibly and audibly slide when losing grip.
- Made acceleration stat points much more effective.
- Improved rubber-banding for rivals.
- Boost power is now gained every four beats instead of every eight.
- The amount of healing from notes is now fixed per difficulty instead of based on note density of the track.
- Hard and Extreme difficulty can be unlocked by completing Trial Sequences 1 and 2 in the arcade.

Interface
- Improved tracks and environments for Act 1 tracks.
- Rig colors can be customized in the loadout.
- New leaderboard UI shows everybody's rig choice and customisations.
- There is now one loadout per player in split-screen mode.
- Fixed an issue with split screen score mode that made the game look weird.
- Improved performance.
- Added an automatic draw distance option which automatically adjusts the draw distance to achieve at least 60 frames per second.
- Fix object pop-in.
- Added an FPS counter, toggleable with F11.

Editor Changes
- Updated the editor readme.txt file, and added a link to it from the editor menu in the Arcade (f2).
- On-track set pieces are now placed on sides of the track when the track sides are edited (streetlamps etc).
- Added a millisecond adjustment for sample offset. Use the options Adjust Sample Millisecond Offset Earlier/Later in the instruments menu in the song editor (F4).
- Added a reset track command to the edit track menu in the track spline editor.

New Autogeneration Options
- Zig Zag autogeneration - This automatically shapes and links zig zags together. This is turned on automatically for tracks that were created in an audible game mode. The option can be found in the Notes menu in the song editor (F4).
- Track object autogeneration. This automatically adds a default model to the track. This can be found in the track objects menu in the world editor (F7). This is automatically turned on for tracks with no authored environment.
- Track spline autogen. This automatically generates a track spline. This can be found in the track edit menu in the track editor (F6). This is turned on automatically for tracks with no spline edits.
- New tracks, or any tracks that were using the blank default environment, get a random environment and skybox.

Known Issues
- There is no narration for player two's loadout.
- There is still a bug where some players may sometimes drive through barriers and pickups.
