Discount Elysium isn't all we have for you today as we're also rolling out the new Language Switch feature. This lets you swap between two languages on the fly by simply pressing a button. You can choose which languages to flick between in the Options menu. We hope this lets you further enjoy the poetic richness of Disco Elysium's many tongues.

A magnificent engine roars before you. Yet this is no machine – it is the esteemed beast Disco Elysium, equipped with powerful laryngeal muscles.

You look up as it opens wide an imposing maw above you, lined with a full set of impressive fangs, but it is the soft patty of flesh in the middle that catches your attention. As you watch, the tongue splits and forks in four separate directions. Somehow, you now realise, it has learned to speak four languages – a tongue for each one.



Hello everyone! We're very happy to announce that Disco Elysium is now available to play in Spanish and Korean. The Simplified Chinese version has also been optimized based on player feedback and thousands of internal revisions.

This is all down to the passionate work of our translation teams, who we have been working with closely for the past several months to make each translation the best it can be. We'd like to say a great big thank you to those teams and hope that you will join us in celebrating and supporting their efforts.

We will continue to improve the text in all available languages going forward so please carry on letting us know of any ways you think we could do this. We love hearing from you and can't thank you enough for all the support we have received and continue to receive. We hope to keep impressing you and reciprocating your love with future updates.

• Upgraded to the latest and greatest Unity, which makes everything smoother and fixed many little bugs.
  
• macOS version: Various enhancements and bugfixes. No, seriously
  
• Some sentences were not completely shown under certain circumstances, so we fixe … fixed it.
  
• Skill portraits weren’t showing their whole beauty.
  
• Stops walking when checking inventory - can’t find anything while walking, can you?
  
• Made some animations better. You will notice, either when playing for the first time or the tenth.
  
• Oh, happy days, when you can play with a mouse only!
  
• And please, try the keyboard: WASD is now an option!
  
• More keyboard additions: arrow buttons on the character sheet, Inventory, Journal and Thought Cabinet. Try it out!
  
• Some new thoughts and achievements! Don't want to spoil which ones, but you will figure them out, detective!
