Introducing two new skills for Defense Type costumes!
• Defense Essence: Boosts the Secret Technique Gauge's charge speed and close-range attack charging strength. However, it also lengthens substitution and clone Ninjutsu cooldown times.
• Adamantine Knowledge: Increases maximum health and reduces damage taken from enemy Ninjutsu. However, it also reduces close-range attack power.
Introducing a new skill for Defense Type accessories!
• Impregnable Wall: Temporarily boosts defense when your combo reaches 8 hits or higher.
(These new skills cannot currently be added using Shinobi Boost.)

Ninjutsu and Secret Technique Ninjutsu have been rebalanced to give players more options and encourage a wider variety of Ninjutsu to be used.
[Attack Type]
• Tornado High
- Increased health regained proportional to the damage dealt when activated.
• Wood Style: Wood Dragon Jutsu
- Reduced damage dealt to enemies.
• Seven Heavenly Breaths
- Reduced amount of Secret Technique gauge needed to activate the Secret Technique Ninjutsu.
• Lightning Style Chakra Mode
- Increased amount of close-range attack speed boost when activating Secret Technique Ninjutsu.
- Now refreshes the amount of Ninjutsu you can use when activating Secret Technique Ninjutsu.
[Defense Type]
• Kamui Climax
- Increased amount of attack power boost when activated.
