Ninjutsu, Secret Technique Ninjutsu, and Ninja Tools have been rebalanced to broaden the options available to players, as well as encourage more diverse tactics during battles.

• Scientific Ninja Tool: Wind Release Bullet
- Added effect: Targets hit by the Ninja Tool will have their Substitution Ninjutsu sealed.
- Stock has been changed to 2
[Attack Type]
• Flying Raijin Jutsu
Increased the amount defense raises when using the move.
• Wood Style: Laughing Buddha Jutsu
Increased damage dealt to enemies.
• Octopus Hug
- Reduced Ninjutsu cooldown time.
- Made it easier to knock down targets hit by the Ninjutsu.
- Can no longer destroy shields, like "Sand Shield" and "Wood Style: Domed Wall" Ninjutsu.
• Tailed Beast Eight Twists
Can now be activated even while the user is being attacked.
