- Fix crash when ghost body touching an enemy

- Fix crash when shooting and entering a color pond
- Fix crash when defeating enemy by pressing them with removable block

Ver 1.06
- Fix bug where you can't destroy a map-obstacle in front of Level sign
- (Windows) Automatically using dedicated GPU instead of integrated GPU
- Some stage design change
