Public Beta Update: More Tweaks and Bug Fixes

The Hell Renovation Committee are reporting that they are performing the final tests for the Citadel of the Faithless, as they still need to tweak a lot of stuff and squash all the bugs.

- Rising Hell Early Access 0.9.0a
- Fixed bug on Cerberos’s Relic malfunctioning when performing Hellbreak against Beelzebub (2nd Archdemon).
- Added demon grimoire descriptions for 3rd realm minions (Succubus, Atrophos, Obscarab, Guillotine, Adrammelech, Dasael).
- Reworked Talent Fellblade : Increases your attack power by 1% for each 10 Red Souls you possess
- Reworked Talent Powersurge : Increases your attack damage by 25% when you have 50% life or more.
- Reworked Talent Necrohide : Decreases all damage taken by 50% when you have 50% life or less
- Reworked Talent Deathmonger : Killing an enemy with hellbreak increases your attack damage by 25% for 5 seconds.
- Reworked Talent Killthirst : Increases Attack damage by 1% for each current Combo amount
- Reworked Talent Riftwalk : Entering portals restores 10% of max life
- Reworked Talent Ragingsoul : Whenever you take damage, increases your attack power by 25% for 10 seconds
- Fixed Relicmaster Talent dealing more damage that it should be
- Tweaked Talent Combo Bonus for 'Souls' lvl 1 : Killed enemy drops 1 golden soul
- Tweaked Talent Combo Bonus for 'Souls' lvl 2 : Killed enemy drops 2 golden soul
