Rising Hell Is Leaving Early Access!

Approaching The Final Gates Of Hell!

Greetings Mortals!

First of all, we would like to apologize for the lack of communications and updates. 2020 was definitely a hell of a ride for a lot of us. Although we had to move around, delay, and push back a lot of updates, we still managed to deliver most of the contents in the roadmap we pushed at the beginning of last year.

But worry not! We are approaching the final gates! We are pushing to deliver the 1.0 release of Rising Hell really soon!

Here are what we are working on right now:
  • More contents for 1.0! Including the final boss and endings.
    who could it be!?

  • Tweaking and improving the balance of Talents, Relics, and Warriors! We want the player to have freedom to explore as many builds as they like.
    for a balanced soul economy in hell!

  • Overall game polish and bug fix! We are continuously improving the game by squashing bugs and adding more polish.
    some hell residents are unpredictable...

  • More languages! We are working with our localization team to deliver more languages for the game, as well as improving existing languages.
    Hell's committee going worldwide!

  • Console ports! More news on this later. 🔥🔥🔥

Sydna Changes:
  • Increased overall damage
  • Increased orb explosion radius


Talent Changes:
  • Lifegreed: Increases green soul drop rate by 25% (From 20%), cost changed to 100 (From 120)
  • Wraithlord: Increases invincibility duration by 1 second after taking damage (From 2s), cost changed to 90 (From 120)
  • Nethergain: Increases weapon energy capacity by 100% (From 50%), cost changed to 150 (From 115), changed to tier 2 (From 1)
  • Corruptcore: Improves the duration of artifacts by 5 seconds (From 4s), cost changed from 110 (From 150)
  • Vilehand: Killing an enemy has 50% chance to restore your artifact weapon energy (From 10%)
  • Fortunemaker: Cost changed to 140 (From 190)
  • Felblade: Increases your attack power by 1% for each 25 Red Souls you possess (From every 10 Red Souls), cost changed to 210 (From 170), changed to tier 3 (From 2)
  • Bloodwrath: Increases attack damage by 20% for each 10% missing life (From 10% attack damage)
  • Relicmaster: Increases 25% damage of all artifact weapon (20%)
  • Ragingsoul: Whenever you take damage, increases your attack power by 50% for 10 seconds (From 25%)
  • Hauntergaze: Cost changed to 230 (From 300)
  • Painbringer: Collecting artifacts increases attack damage by 50% for 20 seconds (From 8s)
  • Darkgreed: Increases Red Souls dropped by Artifact weapon, cost changed to 75 (From 130)
  • Fallenblood: Changed to "Grants 10% chance to do critical damage.", cost changed to 180 (From 250)
  • Overburn: Increases your attack damage by 50% for 20 seconds after an artifact weapon energy has been depleted (From 8s)
  • Zeal: Cost changed to 280 (From 260)
  • Reapkill: Killing 4 enemies within 7 seconds restores 4% life (From 5%)
  • Soulstrike: Cost changed to 120 (From 100)
  • Chaosgrip: Cost changed to 115 (From 150)
  • Killthirst: Increases Attack damage by 2% for each current Combo amount (From 1%)
  • Felforge: Increases attack damage by 20% (From 10%)
  • Netherblaze: Cost changed to 150 (From 200)
  • Chaosguard: Shield cooldown changed to 20s (From 15s)
  • Darkstalker: Cost changed to 120 (From 170)
  • Bloodeater: Cost changed to 190 (From 205)
  • Atrocious: Every time you collect 100 souls, increase your attack damage by 2% (From 1%), cost changed to 110 (From 200)
  • Redemption: Cost changed to 130 (From 210)
  • Grimhand: Every time you collect 100 souls, temporarily increase your attack damage by 50% for 20 seconds (From 10s)
  • Harmless: Cost changed to 235 (From 300), changed to tier 2 (From 3)
  • Bloodclaw: Cost changed to 200 (From 270), changed to tier 2 (From 3)
  • Devourclaw: Cost changed to 140 (From 245), changed to tier 1 (From 2)
  • Netherhide: For each talent you have, decreases all damage taken by 2.5% (Max 20%) (From 2%)
  • Soulsyphon: Cost changed to 200 (From 250)
  • Blightrain: Cost changed to 250 (From 265)
  • Philantrophic: For each talent you have, decreases the cost of Talents by 2.5% (Max 50%) (From 5%)


Relic Changes:
  • Devilhoof: (-) Increases Spike trap damage by 25% (From 50%)
  • Ethereal Cloak: (-) Decreases weapon energy capacity by 15% (From 30%)
  • Hellbrawl Orb: now have (-) Decrease attack power by 5%
  • Ashtaroth: now have (-) Decrease max life by 10%
  • Netherwalker Mantle: (+) Enemy projectiles are 50% slower (From 20%)

New Boss Stage Update!

Hello Mortals,

The Boss stage update is here!

Our previous update on Public Beta branch is now available in the main branch!
Now prepare to struggle more as we introduce a scaling complexity in Boss Stage as you progress through the Agony level. If you're familiar with our Godslayer in Gauntlet mode now you'll get to see it in Conquest Mode as well!



For full patch note:
  • Fixed platform collision glitch on Vault of Avarice stage.
  • Fixed Chaosguard talent effect, shield now appears on start of the stage
  • Fixed issue on randomize function sometimes not working properly.
  • Fixed talent combo name glitch where "Vigor" was misplaced by "Devourclaw"
  • Fixed character movement command using keyboard.
  • FIxed life restoration value of "Bloodeater" talent.
  • Fixed some "Weekly Dares" modifier description text error.
  • Increases the complexity of Boss arena as your Agony level increases.
  • Fixed a bug where player still able to activate elevator or portal gate when pausing the game.
  • Fixed bug on "Nethergift" talent where the life capacity increased as well.
  • Fixed some platform placements on Vault of Avarice in Hollow Gutter stage.
  • Fixed Succubus hug attack glitch.
  • Fixed some wrong scores on the Leaderboard.
  • Fixed bug where player got stucked on the corner of Hell Lieutenant stage.
  • Fixed the effect of Weekly Dares modifier now also restores life as well as increasing max life capacity.

Public Beta Update!

Hello Mortals,

We have some exciting updates on our Public Beta branch:
Introducing more complexity in the Boss stage
Be prepared to die, even more. If you're familiar with our Godslayer in Gauntlet mode now you'll get to see it in Conquest Mode as well. Stages will change as your Agony level increases, be prepared mortals!

Hell's Redemption update!

Hello, mortals!

The previous update in our public beta branch is now out! Aside from the update included in the last one, we added up to date achievements, and more will come soon.

In case you missed our last announcement, here's some interesting Mode and changes that you can try in our new update.


You can now play Conquest with Redemption Mode option. By checking this option you'll get 3 chances (or lives) and continue from your current progress. Keep in mind that your soul and blight gain will be reduced in this mode, and your score won't be listed on the leaderboard.


Added 2 new challenges in gauntlet mode; Madhell and Deathrush.

You'll be challenged with various obstacles and hazards in Madhell, but a single mistake is all that it takes to kill you here so tread carefully.
In Deathrush time is your enemy! Climb your way as fast as possible and fight the archdemon before time runs out, the enemy here will also drop an item to extend your time limit. Be fast and be swift mortals!

Last but not least, bug fixes and more accessible options in the settings are included in this update. See our full list of the patch here:
  • Added Achievements for completing Hellrisen, Madhell, and Deathrush missions in Gauntlet Mode
  • Added new cinematic intro.
  • New challenge : Deathrush. Race against time and slay the Archdemon before the time's out.
  • New challenge : Madhell. Survive the torturing chambers of hell. Reach the way out, and become the untouchable.
  • New Relic : Oblivion Bracer. Initially gives 200 red souls, start the game with 90% life.
  • Added new Vault of Avarice stages.
  • Added new difficulty : Redemption Mode: Gives 3 chances of Redemption, 1 is reduced when you die and you'll be resurrected.
  • Increased Agony levels to 24.
  • Fixed movement glitch on 3rd Archdemon (Dasael)
  • Fixed glitch on 3rd Archdemon clone's attack movement.
  • Fixed bug on Sydna's explosive spheres when attacking an Archdemon using Satanic weapon.
  • Slain Archdemon now drops 100 red souls, while red souls bonus on boss reward screen are now decreased to 100.
  • Fixed some bugs on Weekly Dares.
  • Fixed bug on the battle against Magog.
  • Choosing Re-rise is now also increasing the agony level.
  • Added a 'reset to default' in the settings menu
