Thank you all for everything!
Hello,
I've held off on making soppy posts like this for quite some time but I really feel like I need to thank everyone for the support with Warsim.
It blows my mind that since 2016 people have been supporting my development, and since 2017 on Steam people have been buying the game and supporting me that way. It's allowed me to focus entirely on game development for over a decade now and given me a chance to become a real legit GameDev (my dream job)
I never thought it was possible and it was only ever going to be a hobby, I've had so many 1000s and 1000s of kind comments and dms that I can't even count them all but each one has touched me and even today when I get dms/emails/and comments of support it feels just as wholesome and nice as it did back in 2016.
I've cherished these for years

And this used to sit next to my desk when I lived at home and remind me why I work on Warsim

The last few years have been challenging but having the support of a giant community has made a difference. Those who've delved in deep with Warsim know I put my heart into it and filled it with as much love and weirdness as I could, but those who've followed along for long enough know also that the community has breathed so much life and heart into it as well. It's been a beautiful collaboration and I can't thank people enough.
I also want to thank the many people all over the world who've been continually buying Warsim Collector's Editions, I know they're a lot more expensive than the game on steam but it wasn't cheap manufacturing everything. Still it's blown my mind how many different countries people who buy them are from and It feels even more special physically putting them together to send across. Each one sold has been a huge boost so to the 100s of you, you're the best! (But no shade on those who've not had the financial ability to buy them because this life ain't cheap, I love you all)
I don't know how much longer this beautiful train of support will continue but if it stops today I will still forever cherish every minute of it... except those 500 piece bug reports people used to drop weekly :P
Thank you all for everything
Warsim Forever Baby!
