Changelog:
- Fixed avatar loading pipeline getting stuck for the session if it encountered an avatar with 1000+ renderers
- Fixed issue with pickup markers exploding if they receive the texture to apply as they are destroyed
- Fixed present collider being interactable prior to the present landing on the ground
- Fixed present collider being reenabled after the death animation had played
- Fixed present poof particles not having player colors properly applied
- Fixed spawned presents failing setup when trying to apply their color too early
- Removed CVRBuilderSpawnables built-in trigger collider generation due to it being bad
