Beta 4.9 - World Map and Key Binds

Today's update includes a new world map and some additional key bind options.

Press "M" or click the right stick on the controller to bring up the world map. The map updates and displays your position. I might add some more functionality to this such as showing quest objectives and mouse-over text for the major POI (such as Shaydee's Shop), but I wanted to get the base map in to see what you all think.
You can now change the key bind for the Town Manager UI. The World Map key bind can also be updated.
