Beta 9.1.3 - Some Fixes and Changes

Beta 9.1.3 includes the following fixes and changes:

You can no longer get stuck jumping on a monster's head.
The first quick slot now correctly shows the quantity of potions.
The quest pointer will no longer display if the quest doesn't have a specific location.
Fixed a bug that caused sound to still play if both the music and sound sliders were set to zero.
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused NPC Treasure chests (the ones dropped at the end of some quests) to not open.
