-ADDED slots to the extension,

-CHANGED slots cooldown defaults to 30,
-CHANGED slots min/max->5/300,
-CHANGED avatar faces right for slot machine,
-CHANGED slot machine is now on a higher z-index than the avatars,
-CHANGED slot command can now display cooldown icon on avatar,

-FIXED roulette event output from whispering,
-FIXED extension bug! finally - extension problems should be fixed
