[p]In the month of October, our web3 partner will be migrating Bitverse’s NFT Heroes from the current Immutable X blockchain to a new, more robust Immutable zkEVM blockchain. This transition will require some steps that NFT-owners will need to perform themselves in order to finalize the migration of their NFTs, but we hope to provide what assistance we can through this process.[/p][p]We will share more detailed steps for this migration soon. However, you can take steps to prepare for this migration now by doing the following: [/p]

• [p]Ensure you have access to the Ethereum wallet, such as MetaMask, that holds your NFT Hero. This is the wallet your NFT Hero will return to once it is migrated from the current blockchain.[/p]
  • [p]You will also need to know how to add the zkEVM network to this Ethereum wallet.[/p]
• [p]Create a new Passport wallet at play.immutable.com. A Passport wallet will be required to continue using your NFT Hero on the new blockchain.[/p]
  • [p]A small amount of $IMX may need to be added to this wallet to cover gas fees related to the migration.[/p]
• [p]Ensure you have login access to the Kongregate account for the Basic Hero that is linked to your NFT Hero.,[/p]
• [p]Use any Bitverse Portals you may have to unlock a new NFT Hero. These portals will not be migrated and will become frozen once the current blockchain is deprecated.,[/p]

[p]We hope to keep this migration as simple as possible for everyone. We plan to have a future update about this topic detailing the steps required, but please let us know any concerns or questions that you may have, and we will try our best to answer them directly. Also, it’s important to note that some of the things said as a part of this announcement may be updated in a future announcement as we continue to prepare for this. [p]With this year’s Kongiversary event, we are introducing a shake-up in how we price Game Mode Currencies, such as Energy, Raid Shards, PvP Tickets, and more. Our intent with this change is to make buying these currencies directly feel more reasonable on any given day while still respecting the value of picking up currency bundles as a part of the shop’s weekly rotation.
[/p][p]First and foremost, you can still look forward to picking up legendary bundles, like Token Duffles, for 600 Gems in the shop each week. But, don’t expect to see them priced any lower than that, even during a major event like Kongiversary. Instead, we will be lowering the standard cost to buy these currencies directly from the shop to match the 25% discount you’re used to from the weekly rotation.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]We heard your feedback that buying Energy, as just one example, could feel pricey when compared to the weekly rotation offer. It currently costs 800 Gems for 400 Energy from the shop, or you can grab an Energy Pack from the weekly rotation which gives you the same amount of Energy for only 600 Gems. From Kongiversary onwards, we will be lowering the price of 400 Energy to 600 Gems to give you that discounted rate every day of the year. You will still be able to purchase the Energy Pack bundle for 600 Gems when it’s offered as part of the weekly rotation, but this bundle will never be discounted lower than the cost of buying the same amount of Energy directly.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]We hope this will create a better spending experience for everyone who plays the game. Buying these bundles at their discounted rate each week has been a mainstay of the Bit Heroes experience for years now, and those discounted bundles will still be very valuable to players who want to save up for big pushes in the future. However, these changes should make buying a few more Xeals or Badges here and there to keep a good farming session going feel better no matter which day of the week you log in.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
