Patch v1.9.4

My fix last patch for livery uploads ended up breaking all workshop uploads. This should fix that.
Also, some issues with making campaigns where multiple missions use the same workshop map have been fixed.

- Fixed: workshop upload whitelist caused all workshop items to upload incorrectly in 1.9.3
Mission Editor
- Fixed: Creating a new mission using the same custom map as an existing mission would delete the map from the campaign
- Fixed: Deleting a mission using a workshop map shared by other missions would delete the workshop map from the campaign

Patch v1.9.3

This patch fixes livery uploads on Steam Workshop and a multiplayer crash caused by changing GPS targets.

Patch v1.9.2

This patch potentially fixes the issue causing extreme lag in multiplayer games since the last update.

Update v1.9.0

This update brings many bugfixes, improved memory usage, and a new Spectate mode for multiplayer.

When a multiplayer mission is live, the Spectate button will appear at the top of the briefing room menu. As a spectator, you can watch your teammates, or occupy viewpoints on airbases and ships.
Some of the viewpoints are interactive, such as the carrier LSO station and ATC towers.
