Patch notes 5 August 2020

Today we uploaded patches for the following:

Enemies now fall back when taking severe damage.
Consistent sizes for HP bars that appear with offhand attacks and over gates and other obstacles.
Added enchantment vendor to Shali Oasis.
Moved enchanter's workshop in Shali Oasis, added mosque in previous location.
Size of dialog popups scales with screen resolution.
Added localizations
