Patch notes 19 December 2020

The most recent patches added the following:

• A new character with a related quest outside the Scrapyard Arena.
  
• A new character with a unique item in the Imperial City.
  
• Alchemy vendor in Utakawa.
  
• New alchemy recipes and a new alchemy tool in the later alchemy shops.
