We got many questions from you about the coming changes in the Junkyard Simulator. Let's check what's going on!



There will be added expanded mechanic of renovation, extension, maintenance and managing of your own piece of junkyard world.



You can buy a parcel, which, transformed from ruins into junk empire, will give you an opportunity to invest your money wisely.



The second thing is we're upgrading Junkyard Simulator to the Unreal Engine 5. It's a massive challenge for our team, but we believe it will take you guys to another level in the meaning of game experience.



We'll post more sneak peeks of what's in the production until we release the next version of the Junkyard Simulator.

Demolition & Build 3 is a first person simulation game in which the player becomes the owner of a demolition company. Your main tasks involve demolishing and building various structures and managing your company. To help you with those tasks you can use various tools and vehicles.



[h2]NEW PHYSICS[/h2]
Demolish & Build 3 uses a brand new, realistic destruction model. Every fragment is physically simulated. Different parts of the structures interact with each which means that for example a few strategically placed explosives can collapse an entire building. Our destruction model provides a perfect balance between realism, performance and fun.



[h2]NEW COMPANY MANAGEMENT[/h2]
You’ll start the game with a small plot of land and a simple shack. By the end you’ll build an empire with multiple vehicle parks and offices.
Company management will include features like:

• hiring workers
  
• buying tools and vehicles
  
• buying land
  
• building your own offices
  
• managing finances
  
• managing your workers
  

[h2]NEW VEHICLES[/h2]
Throughout the game you can use a variety of vehicles, all with detailed models and sounds. Each vehicle can be driven from the cabin as well as from the outside. Some vehicles, like the excavator will also include several different attachments like shears or jackhammers to help you with your tasks.

Official Patch 1.2 for the Junkyard Simulator is now available.



Patch 1.2 includes new game mechanics:
- Metal smelting station
- Furnace, molds, pallet, and scrap hopper
- Metal grinding station
- Junkman's Hammer is now available at the upgrade station



You can obtain metal fragments by using your hammer. The obtained metals can be ground and smelted with your new toys. And finally, you'll be able to use obtained resources that way to build a junkyard in the next updates.



- You can modify the key settings. Go to: Options > Keyboard
