Build Outline:
Besides the new content to play there are also lots of new updates including new features.
Player Heatmap and Your Completed Places
You can now download the "player heatmap" (bottom of the map filters) (see top image).
This gives a graphical indication of the quantity of players that have completed each town and mailbox. Red is a few. Yellow is many.

If you turn on the Player Heatmap and your Completed Places, your Completed Places will be hidden. This gives you an indication of what you haven't done but other players have.
If you are feeling lost, use this view and follow the brightest yellow.
New Start Region
Martinique in the Caribbean is now the new starting place for LOGistICAL 3: Earth.
This is a small, less daunting learning area with fewer towns, businesses and industries.
I hope we can find many new players that don't run off scared at the overwhelming task ahead.
You can complete all towns and businesses (minus the port, airport and airfield) with the local industries.
The end final contract places you in New Zealand to continue the game.
Current players will get a new truck within Martinique to complete the island.
Tagged Industries
Some industries with special properties are now tagged
- "U". Unique industry, generally specific to the region in which it is placed. Cannot be built elsewhere.
- "R". Restricted industries. Limited world locations. Cannot be built by the player.
Huge Town Resource Requirements
Some towns have resource requirements that are near impossible to complete (see the "Shenzhen Consumption" contract).
By completing other towns within the same region (China), you will slowly reduce the consumption rate of these towns, making them easier to complete.
Select a consumption rate that you feel you can complete the town.
In China, the consumption rate is reduce by 1% per "completed town", with a minimum of 5%.
If, for example, you feel you can complete a town with 6,000 t resource requirement, then you should reduce the rate to match that value
(eg. Shenzhen requires 28,800 t. therefore 6,000 / 28,800 = 0.21 or 21%).
Optimisation of Town/Business/Road Completion Code
The end sequence when completing towns/businesses/roads has been optimised to remove the annoying pause.
