Update 19/10: Improved Call of War Steam Version

Dear Generals,

we've been working hard on improving Call of War lately. After introducing and polishing the new graphic renderer, we are further optimizing the Call of War Steam version.

In todays update, you'll find following improvements:

• Game client has been updated. This results in faster and more responsive UI and gameplay.
  
• Map drag and drop has been improved
  
• General minor bug fixes
