Important: Support Transfer

Operators, we are moving the support service away from the My.Games platform and to one of our own.



What this means for you:

  • The Support button will lead to a new page with a different design (so don't be surprised)
  • New tickets will temporarily take longer to resolve (sometimes considerably, so please contact support only when necessary and do not report bugs via support - post them to our Discord channel)
  • Existing tickets will still be serviced by the old support service so there's no need to open new ones
  • Please make sure you enter the correct nickname and registration e-mail to your account - not doing so will significantly extend the time your ticket will take to be serviced


We apologize for the inconvenience and will polish the service as soon as possible.

Maintenance - Server restart

[h3]On the 18th of April 2024, starting from 12:30 CEST, the server will not be available for 3 hours due to a planned server maintenance.[/h3]

Please note – that the maintenance can be extended beyond the above mentioned timeframe.
Up-to-date server status is always available on our Discord server and Twitter.

Maintenance - Authorization server

[h3]On the 26th of March 2024, starting from 23:59 CET, the my.games launcher authorization server will not be available for 3 hour due to a planned maintenance.

If you will already be logged into the game, you should not be affected by this technical break.[/h3]

Issues with launcher password change and purchase currency

Operators,

Following a recent server migration, we have encountered some issues that are currently affecting the normal operation of our game store and launcher.

The launcher password change feature is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, please be patient as we are working to restore this as soon as possible. There is also a bug preventing the purchase of the Battle Pass, both in-game and on the worldwar3.com website.

Please DO NOT attempt to purchase currency, Battle Passes, or change the password in the launcher until further notice! Purchasing shop ITEMS works as usual! We apologise for any inconvenience.

We assure you that you will soon be rewarded with all of your in-game currency that you bought.
