Fixes:

• Made weapon spawn positions pseudo random to make spawns more fair
  
• Fixed issue where crouching/lying down would not sync online properly
  
• Hopefully fixed a lot of connection issues
  
• Lots of net code optimizations
  
• Fixed flamethrower audio not being effected by volume sliders
  
• Fixed issue where weapons sometimes would dissapear
  
• Added ping indication (dont have a long name though)
  
• Probably a bunch of other really small fixes
